Comments welcome!

Like anyone who does a blog, I thrive on comments, so if you've somehow happened upon this site please feel free to make your views heard, even if just to say hello! I've a broad back too, so don't hold back on any criticisms. If you had a different experience at any of the pubs mentioned, I'd love to hear them and it gives other users a more balanced view.

Cheers!

Great Blog Simon.

Myself and Wendy go walking a lot in Lancashire and sea fishing even more (but more in N Wales) and there's nothing better after a hard walk than a good pint.

If you're ever in N. Wales on the end of the Lleyn nr. Hells Mouth I can thoroughly recommend The Sun in Llangian

Hello Simon

I very much enjoyed reading your reviews on Ribble Valley Pubs. They are spot on. I have put a link to your blog on my walks web site 'Walks and Pubs in the Forest of Bowland" (www.fellscape.co.uk). I trust this is ok with you. If not please let me know.

Best Wishes

Michael W.

Hi Simon

Can I recommend that you try the Freemasons Arms in Wiswell -a very understated pub in a gorgeous setting and the food/wine list are actually very very impressive. (new chef in house)
The blackboard specials are the bees knees...yum.

Hello Simon, We cannot understand why the three fishes at mitton is so busy, as this is the only pub where we have been asked for a credit card in advance for food that we found indifferent when we got it.

Nice site. Glad I read the review about the 3 fishes. It always seems so busy when I pass that I was getting jealous that I'd not been there. Also interested to see the nice review of the Golden Rule on your other blog. I know that's dog freindly so we'll certainly pay a visit.
Cheers
